ABOUT US

Sydney Party Planner was founded by Lisa Wiles in 2001. After 20 years working in event planning and management for global companies, she branched out on her own to produce bespoke events. It's a natural fit, as Lisa is known by all her friends as the party queen - she makes her passion her career (only because no one will pay her to snow ski!). This is a family affair, with her artist husband on call to create backdrops and other visual elements as required, and a teenage daughter to keep her up to date with social media!
Sydney is Lisa's home and playground, but she loves a challenge. From country barns, water access only locations and secret warehouses to marquees erected in the trickiest of harbourside locations, she makes it all look effortless and streamlined. With an eye for detail and a extensive contact list, Lisa will bring together all the elements you need to get your party started.

We are unmatched in our knowledge and experience at finding and sourcing the best venues in Sydney. With over 20 years’ experience in the industry we know what is trending now in the Sydney market. Whether it’s an awesome warehouse, shabby chic beach shack, secluded boathouse or winter wonderland we know where to find it……

CATERING

At Sydney Party Planner, we only use the best of the best in catering. We work closely with our caterers and while we do use different companies for different events, our preferred caterer is the award-winning Gastronomy. Check them out at www.gastronomy.com.au

SERVICE STAFF

The Sydney Party Planner event crew are one of our best assets. At all times, we are team with a single work ethic and purpose to deliver the finest client experience. Our staff know how to make the finishing touches to a perfect event, and our bar team can organize all aspects of bar service with exceptional knowledge of the liquor industry. When it comes to cocktails we know how to shake and stir!

ENTERTAINMENT

When it comes to entertainment, Sydney Party Planners knows what works. Choosing the right entertainment is critical to your party’s success. We work with Australia’s top entertainers so we can create that WOW factor. Whether it’s a live band, solo artists, duo, DJ’s, dancers or a trapeze act, the right entertainer will set the mood and get everyone participating in the fun.

DECORATING & LIGHTING

We know where to source the best decorations and props to transform your location and create a specific atmosphere. We often make our decorations by hand so they are unique to each party, giving our clients a specialised theme. We also work with lighting specialists who can create the most amazing atmosphere with effects such as bold washes of light onto tree canopies and pattern washes inside pools. Often lighting is used to highlight the features of a venue, but can also hide the unattractive features! A party is NOT a party without lighting.
